Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction (erectile dysfunction) is a condition in which you don’t have enough erections to maintain a satisfactory sex life, or you can’t maintain them when you get them. If these symptoms persist more than three months, they are diagnosed with erectile dysfunction.

1. Types of Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is largely divided into psychogenic (minded) and temperamental (substrate) due to the cause. Temperament is also divided into neurological disorders, endocrine (hormonal) disorders, arterial disorders, and cavernous disorders. Others are subdivided by drugs or accompanying diseases.

2. Symptoms

The symptom is a lack of satisfactory erection for more than three months, as defined above. In the past, most of them were treated as psychogenic, but recently, most of them are organic erectile dysfunction, but only when suddenly, unexpectedly, and after some anxiety or depression, severe stress or shock, they suspect psychogenic ED medicines in Australia. However, more often than one cause is caused by a combination of mental and physical causes.

3. Diagnosis

Night penis erection test: A test to discriminate between psychogenic and temperamental and requires hospitalization for 3 days. Endocrine tests: The hormones secreted by the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, gonads, and thyroid and adrenal glands. Neurological examinations: Penile oscillation angle test, the reflex center of the reflex center of the autonomic nervous system, and evoked potential test, etc., to check neurologically for abnormalities. Vascular Examination: Color Doppler ultrasonography using an erectile stimulant to check for arterial/erectile and venous abnormalities.

4. Treatment

There are largely oral / injection therapy and surgery. As is well known, oral medications have been introduced since 1997. There are currently 5 types of oral medications: Viagra, Levitra, Cialis, Zydena, and Embix. Medications taken by 60-70% of patients improve foot function, and injections are used in patients who are ineffective or are contraindicated in this medication. Supplements with male hormone supplements are also known to be helpful if they are not effective orally or by injection. But if you don’t respond to all of these treatments, you’ll need surgical treatments that cause artificial erections, such as penile implant insertions.
