Chocolate smoothie can also act as a laxative. I wouldn’t recommend that you should use a chocolate smoothie as a sole drink to improve your digestion. But you can drink it every once in a while.

The reason why I only pointed out these drinks was that they were easy to make, and contains various benefits. I have tried these drinks myself and they have shown me real quick results. If you are suffering from problems like constipation and acne then without waiting any further you should include these drinks into your diet and change your eating habits.
